Chris brings more than 17 years of asphalt industry experience to Dragon Asphalt. Before joining Dragon, he spent 7 years as a Production Supervisor at MQP and over 10 years as a Plant Operator at Express Asphalt.

Paul 'Chalky' White brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on experience to Dragon Asphalt Oldbury. With 16 years in fabrication, 4 years as a Mixlance maintenance fitter and 13 years at Holcim Express Asphalt's Darlaston plant covering supervision, weighbridge and batching, Paul offers a deep understanding of plant operations and performance. During his time as a maintenance fitter, he helped transform plant reliability from regular breakdowns to an impressive nine months without a single breakdown. A dedicated family man with a practical approach, Chalky plays a key role in leading the Oldbury team and delivering the dependable, world-class service our customers expect.

Owen joins the Oldbury team with a strong background in sport, team leadership and customer service. From coaching young athletes and refereeing matches to working in fast-paced customer environments, Owen understands what it takes to perform as part of a team and deliver at the highest standard.New to the industry but eager to learn, Owen brings a fresh mindset, great energy and a real commitment to safety, reliability and doing the job right - every time.

Andy brings over 20 years of experience in the quarrying and asphalt industry. With a strong background in plant operations, crushing, screening and site maintenance, Andy plays a key role in keeping our plant running safely and efficiently.Known for his work ethic, reliability and positive attitude, Andy is a valued member of the Oldbury team and is proud to help deliver hot, black, and sticky - on time, every time.

At Dragon, we believe the best teams are built by bringing experience together with fresh new talent. Lewis is a great example of that.Aged 19, Lewis joins Oldbury with experience in a wide range of roles including tarmacking, landscaping, butchery and bar work. He has studied at Walsall College for automotive and Rodbaston College for plumbing.Lewis brings energy, enthusiasm and a real willingness to learn. We're proud of how Dragon develops next talent, and we're excited to see him grwo as part of the business.At Dragon, we're all part of the family - and for Lewis, that's literal. As Chalky's son, he continues the theme across our sites where family connections help make our teams stronger.Outside of work, Lewis enjoys socialising with the lads, family time and going for walks.
